Rutte pointed to the readiness of NATO countries to purchase weapons for Ukraine
Currently, more than half of the NATO countries are ready to purchase weapons from the United States for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on October 15 by the Secretary General of the alliance Mark Rutte.
According to him, there are types of weapons that only the United States can provide, since there is no alternative to them.
"When we started the meeting, six NATO countries participated in this initiative, but after the meeting, more than half of the NATO states <...> are ready to join it," he said.
