The heating season has begun in 73 regions of Russia. This was announced on October 15 by Minister of Construction and Housing Irek Fayzullin at a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the government.

"To date, the heating period has begun in 2,541 municipal districts of 73 regions," Fayzullin said.
