The stone that caused Zhidkov's dismissal will be installed on the school grounds.
The stone that caused the governor of the Samara region Vyacheslav Fedorishchev to dismiss the head of the Kinelsky district, Yuri Zhidkov, will be installed on the school grounds. This was announced on October 15 by Dmitry Grigorkin, acting head of the Kinelsky district of the Samara region.
According to him, this stone will be installed on the Memorial Alley, which is located on the territory of the local school.
"The sign will be changed there, the sign has already been ordered," Grigoshkin said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
The day before, a video of the emotional dialogue between the head of the Samara region and Zhidkov was posted online. The governor was dissatisfied with the progress of the repair work carried out at social infrastructure facilities, after which he slapped the official on the shoulder and, using profanity, said that he was fired. He later apologized for firing Zhidkov with obscene language.
It was noted that another reason for Zhidkov's dismissal was an improperly maintained stone erected in memory of the participants of the Great Patriotic War.
On October 15, Zhidkov was hospitalized with a hypertensive crisis. He said that after his recovery he would write a letter of resignation. Zhidkov also confirmed that he is currently in the hospital.
