In the Moskovsky district, not far from Dimitrov, a Russian fighter accidentally stepped on the head of a sleeping soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), which led to a shooting battle. This was announced on October 15 by the commander of the assault squad of the 5th Separate Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade named after Alexander Zakharchenko as part of the Center group of forces.

"[He] accidentally stepped on the head of an opponent who was sitting in the bushes and sleeping," the military told TASS.

According to him, a soldier taking up a position and pulling up his two accidentally stepped on the head of an opponent who was sleeping in a wooded area. This incident led to a short battle, during which the enemy was eliminated.

On October 15, a representative of the Russian security forces said that the command of the 71st Infantry Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine decided to get rid of the assault group consisting of refuseniks and forcibly mobilized Ukrainians. It is specified that the man spent more than a day in the woods near the village of Alekseevka with a severed arm before the Russian military pulled him out and provided first aid.
