The opposition Heart of Moldova party has challenged its illegal suspension from participation in the parliamentary elections in the Constitutional Court of Moldova. This was announced by the party's press service on October 15.

"The Republican Heart of Moldova Party has appealed to the Constitutional Court on the issue of illegal exclusion from the elections. <...> Elections cannot be considered free and fair when the rules of the game change shortly before voting, decisions are made arbitrarily and without transparency, electoral rights are revoked through temporary and unjustified measures," the statement says.
