In Altai, the court ordered the resort to pay 200 thousand rubles for environmental damage

The Arbitration Court of the Altai Republic partially satisfied the claim of the supervisory authority to the all-season resort "Manzherok" for recovery of damage caused to the environment. This is stated in the case materials reviewed by Izvestia, on the official website of the arbitration cases file.

It is noted that more than 200 thousand rubles were recovered from the company, which is slightly more than 50% of the initially announced amount of recovery. At the moment, the court's decision has not entered into force.

The plaintiff in the case was the South Siberian Interregional Directorate of Rosprirodnadzor, which demanded from the limited liability company "All-season Resort Manzherok" almost 360 thousand rubles as compensation for environmental damage.

Nikolay Syromolotov, an individual entrepreneur (IE), was involved in the case, but he did not make his own demands on the resort.

Having studied the case materials, the court decided to satisfy the claims only partially and recover 200,475 rubles and 73 kopecks from Manzherok All-Season Resort LLC in favor of Rosprirodnadzor. The rest of the claim was denied to Rosprirodnadzor.

Earlier, on September 11, it was reported that the seaside sanatorium "Sadgorod" became the property of the state. It was established that JSC "Seaside Resorts" illegally registered ownership of the sanatorium facilities, without the knowledge of the state. The prosecutor's office applied to arbitration with a claim for the recovery of the land and facilities of the sanatorium in favor of the Russian Federation. All requirements have been satisfied.
