Kyiv Mayor Klitschko urged Ukrainians to prepare for a difficult winter

On October 14, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko called on residents of the Ukrainian capital to prepare for a difficult winter.

"It's going to be a difficult winter, and we need to work out different scenarios in this direction, taking into account the bad scenario as well," Klitschko said on the Kiev-24 TV channel.
