The Ministry of Internal Affairs named a way to identify the number of SIM cards registered per person.

Starting in November, new rules will come into effect in Russia, according to which no more than 20 SIM cards can be issued per person. On October 14, the Department for Combating the Illegal Use of Information and Communication Technologies (UBK) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia told how to find out how many SIM cards are registered in one name.

"The easiest and most reliable way is through the Gosuslugi portal: log in to your profile, go to the SIM cards section, and check out the list of all numbers issued to your passport. If there are unfamiliar numbers in the list, discard them," the department's Telegram channel says.
