The deputy head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Rostov region was suspected of abuse of authority.

Employees of the Federal Security Service (FSB) department have stopped the criminal activities of the deputy head of the main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Rostov Region, and a criminal case has been opened against him for abuse of authority. This was reported by the FSB on October 14.

"Employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Rostov region, in cooperation with the State Security Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, identified and suppressed the illegal activities of the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Rostov Region, involved in abuse of office," the message says.
