Professor Dizen urged the West to call Moscow to prevent a conflict

NATO member states still have the opportunity to avoid conflict with Russia, provided they create a common security system on the European continent. This was announced on October 14 by Glenn Diesen, professor at the University of Southeastern Norway.

"NATO could have created a pan-European security architecture and made peace with Russia at any time over the past 35 years. Call Moscow and get off the path to conflict," he wrote on the social network X (formerly Twitter).
