The FAS has agreed on a deal to acquire the OK hypermarket chain, the press service of the antimonopoly authority reported on October 14.

"The Service has considered the application of Zemun LLC for the acquisition of 99% of the authorized capital of RBF Retail LLC (in accordance with the previously agreed FAS petition, it acquires 99.56% of OK LLC). Upon completion of the transaction, the acquirer will receive indirect control over the hypermarket network," the FAS explained.

According to the agency, the deal will not limit competition in the wholesale and retail markets.
