The Ministry of Defense showed footage of the combat work of T-72B3M tanks in the Kharkov direction.

Crews of T-72B3M tanks of the North group of forces destroyed strongholds, military equipment and manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in a forest area in the Kharkov direction of the special military operation zone. This was reported on October 14 in the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"The troops continue to advance daily, pushing the enemy away from the state border to create a "sanitary zone" and ensure the safety of civilians in the Russian border regions," the publication says.

It is noted that the targets were discovered by FPV drone operators during aerial reconnaissance. After that, the crews of combat vehicles moved to a closed firing position and struck with high-explosive shells. Shooting along the mounted trajectory from this position allowed the crews to remain invisible to the enemy.

"[The tank] is easy to maintain and repair. Well, in general, it's a reliable car," said the mechanic—driver of a combat vehicle with the call sign Komar.

On October 13, calculations of the Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers of the 30th motorized Rifle regiment of the North group of forces destroyed the camouflaged positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Sumy region. Using data obtained from advanced intelligence officers and operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the gunners carried out precision strikes on the positions of the Ukrainian troops.
