A civilian was killed as a result of the detonation of ammunition in the village of Lozove near the city of Debaltseve in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced on October 13 by the head of the republic Denis Pushilin.

"In the village of Lozovoe in the Debaltseve urban district, a man born in 1961 died when an explosive object detonated," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Also, as a result of the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), three residents of the republic were injured, including two sappers of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations during an inspection of the liberated territory for ammunition, the head of the DPR said.

Pushilin noted that all the wounded are receiving qualified medical care.
