Afghanistan veteran Treshchev filed a new lawsuit against Alla Pugacheva
Lawyer and combat veteran Alexander Treshchev has filed a lawsuit against singer Alla Pugacheva for the fourth time. The relevant information was published on October 13 on the official website of the courts of general jurisdiction of the city of Moscow.
The decision on the acceptance of the claim for production has not yet been made.
At the same time, as Treshchev noted in an interview with RT, he filed lawsuits again on the same grounds in three courts at once.
Treshchev said on September 15 that he had filed a lawsuit against Pugacheva to recover 1.5 billion rubles in compensation for moral damage. It is noted that the reason for the appeal to the court was the statements of the actress in an interview, where she positively described the first president of the self-proclaimed Chechen Republic of Ichkeria (a terrorist organization banned in Russia) Dzhokhar Dudayev, who was liquidated in 1996.
Later, on September 24, the Savyolovsky District Court of Moscow dismissed the lawsuit against Pugacheva. On September 29, the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow registered Treshchev's claim. The next day, the third lawsuit for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation against the singer was registered in the Odintsovo Court of the Moscow region.
On October 2, the Tverskoy Court of Moscow returned Treshchev's statement of claim to the singer because of her statements in an interview.
