Tatiana Pozdnyakova, chief specialist of the Meteonosti news agency, warned that a weather anomaly is expected in Russia next winter.

In conversation with the website aif.ru On October 12, the specialist noted that in December the temperature in the European part of the Russian Federation, the south of the Urals and Western Siberia will be slightly below the climatic norm, and in the remaining months it will remain near it or exceed it. A more pronounced decrease is expected in Kamchatka.

In the remaining months, she said, temperatures in most of the country will remain above or close to normal.
