Siluanov: income tax for Russian banks will not be increased

The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation considered increasing the income tax rate for banks, but decided not to do so. This was announced on October 13 by Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov at a meeting of the State Duma Committee.
"We considered increasing the income tax rate on banks. And last year we considered it. We have discussed this issue with you and have not made a decision," Siluanov said.
