Air defense forces destroyed seven Ukrainian UAVs over Belgorod region

Air defense systems destroyed seven drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the Belgorod region. This was announced on October 13 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"Seven Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems on duty over the territory of the Belgorod region," the department's Telegram channel said.

They added that the operation to eliminate enemy drones took place between 14:00 and 17:00 Moscow time.

The United States is discussing the supply of Tomahawks and Barracudas to Kiev, as well as intelligence to attack Russian energy infrastructure.

Earlier in the day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the air defense forces had hit 16 Ukrainian drones in the skies over Crimea. According to the agency, the enemy drones were aircraft-type.
