Luxury sedan Hongqi L1 began to be certified in Russia

Certification of the Hongqi L1 luxury sedan has begun in Russia, and sales are scheduled to begin before the end of 2025. The Chinese Cars portal announced this on October 13 in its Telegram channel.

In China, the model is known as Hongqi Guoya, where the sedan costs 1.4–1.86 million yuan (about 16-21 million rubles in translation). In the first eight months of 2025, 181 copies were sold in China.

Representatives of the brand announced plans to bring Hongqi L1 to the Russian market by the end of 2025 in late spring. The company stated that this model has no direct competitors in the Russian market.

The length of the sedan is 5,353 mm, it is equipped with an all—wheel drive system and two powertrain options - with a 3-liter V6 with 380 hp and a 4-liter V8 with 490 hp. The interior is made using genuine leather and wood. With the introduction of Hongqi L1, the number of brand models in the Russian line will increase to 10.
