Seven people were seriously injured in a train collision in Slovakia.
Seven out of 91 people who were injured in a train collision in Slovakia are in serious condition, 14 were moderately injured. This was announced on October 13 by the Slovak portal teraz.sk with reference to the head of the Slovak Ministry of Health Kamil Shashko.
"As a result of the collision of express trains near the village of Yablonov nad Tourneu in Rozhnevo district, seven people are in critical condition, 14 people were moderately injured and 70 were slightly injured," the publication says.
Earlier in the day, it was reported that about 100 people were injured in a train collision in eastern Slovakia. According to preliminary data, the accident occurred due to the carelessness of the driver of one of the trains.
