Hostages released from captivity by Hamas arrive at hospital in Tel Aviv
Israelis rescued from Hamas captivity flew by helicopter to Sheba Hospital in Tel Aviv. This was announced on October 13 by Nikita Kulyukhin, a correspondent for Izvestia.
According to him, the released prisoners were received by experienced doctors who know how to work with hostages. The Israelis who returned earlier said that they were starved, there was no water, medicines and hygiene conditions in captivity.
"Some hostages said that they had undergone surgery without anesthesia. Sometimes the arms and legs were sewn incorrectly. These are terrible stories that are already in Israel's past," Kulyukhin added.
On October 13, US President Donald Trump announced the end of the conflict in the Gaza Strip and the release of Israeli hostages by the Hamas movement.

It was noted that upon their return to Israel, all of them will undergo a medical examination. It was later reported that Hamas had released a second group of 13 hostages, who had been handed over to the Red Cross.
On October 9, Israel and Hamas signed an agreement on a cease-fire and the release of hostages after indirect talks in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt. According to the agreement, the fighting will cease, Israel will partially withdraw from Gaza, and Hamas will release all remaining hostages in exchange for prisoners held in Israel.
