Even owners of premium apartments want their collections, clothes or sports equipment to be at hand and safe. Therefore, storerooms inside residential complexes become not just utility rooms, but a kind of "house for things," said Olga Habner, partner at the real estate agency and housing market analyst.

Evgeny Belokurov, Commercial Director of Yandex Real Estate, told Izvestia on September 12 that in 2025, the surge in interest in real estate is due not only to the traditional seasonal factor, but also to a number of important changes in the economic situation, which is gradually stabilizing.
