Alexandrova has five WTA titles, and her best achievements at Grand Slam tournaments are reaching the 4th round at Wimbledon, Roland Garros and the US Open. In 2021, she helped the Russian national team win the Billie Jean King Cup.

On October 10, Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev lost to Frenchman Arthur Rinderknes, who ranks 54th in the world rankings, and failed to reach the final of the Shanghai Masters tournament.
