The Russian Interior Ministry has put Vladimir Kara-Murza on the wanted list.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation has put on the wanted list the politician Vladimir Kara-Murza (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent), who was released from prison in the summer of 2024. The relevant information appeared in the department's database on October 13.

It is noted that Kara-Murza is wanted under the article of the Criminal Code. It is not specified which specific criminal article is in question.

Earlier, on August 1, 2024, a large-scale prisoner exchange was carried out between Russia, Belarus, Germany, the USA, Slovenia and a number of other countries. The parties exchanged more than 20 people at Ankara airport.: at least 14 from Russia and eight from the West. Kara-Murza was among those released by Russia.
