Most Russians are still interested in salaries and motivation systems at the job review stage. This follows from the results of a survey conducted by the CRM system for recruiting Talantix, which I reviewed on October 13."Газета.Ru ".

The survey was conducted among 1.5 thousand citizens. It clarifies that the next most important are the working conditions — schedule, location and format of work (81%), as well as responsibilities at the position (74%) and the company's requirements for the applicant (59%).

According to the survey, information about the social package and bonuses is important for 42% of respondents, and about career prospects for 40%. One in three applicants wants to know about the company itself, and one in four wants to know about the atmosphere in the team. Only 13% are interested in the personality of the future leader.

It is reported that applicants aged 18-24 and over 55 are most often interested not in salary levels, but in working conditions, while candidates under 34 are most often asked about career prospects. Women are more likely to be interested in the social package, the requirements of the company and the atmosphere in the team, while men put salary and working conditions first.

Regional differences are also noticeable. In Moscow, 43% of applicants are interested in career prospects, while in St. Petersburg this figure is 34%. In the North-Western District, candidates are most often interested in the atmosphere in the team (37%) and the social package (50%). In the Far East, on the contrary, questions about wages and working conditions dominate.
