The certificate of disability in the Russian Federation will become electronic and will appear on the Gosuslugi portal from March 1, 2026. This is evidenced by the documents of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation, which were reviewed by RIA Novosti.

It is specified that the certificate and extract from the act of medical and social expertise will be generated on a single digital platform immediately in electronic format. They will be electronically signed by qualified individuals.

In addition, according to the documents, citizens will also have the opportunity to make a certificate in paper format, but for this it must be stamped by the bureau. In addition, the certificate must be signed by the supervisor or his authorized representative.
