Pushilin announced the fighting in the south of Krasnoarmeysk during the expansion of the Russian Armed Forces control zone there.

Units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are successfully expanding their controlled zone in all directions of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), where fighting is currently taking place. This was announced on October 12 by the head of the republic Denis Pushilin.

"Over the past week, the following settlements have been liberated: Kuzminovka and Fedorovka. Coverage of the Krasnoarmeysko-Dmitrovskaya agglomeration continues in the Red Army area, heavy fighting is taking place in the southernmost part of the city of Krasnoarmeysk, as well as on its outskirts. <...> Information is being received about positive changes and successes in the Udachnoye settlement area," he said in a video message posted on his Telegram channel.

According to Pushilin, Russian military personnel are currently monitoring the activity of militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the village of Molodetskoye, the southern part of which is controlled by the Russian Armed Forces. In addition, active assault operations are underway north of the settlement of Kotlino and there are signs of the beginning of fighting for Seversk.

The Head of the republic noted the successes of the Russian Army at Udachny and Rodinsky, which, however, have a lot of work to do, in the Krasnolimansk area, where Kuzminovka has been liberated, and the cleaning of the surrounding area is currently underway. The Ukrainian Armed Forces is being defeated in Verbovoye and Sosnovka. The control zone is also expanding in the Konstantinovsky direction, where the battles for Konstantinovka are taking place.

On the same day, Pushilin reported that Russian fighters had taken control of the entire southern part of Molodetsky, where a "hot" situation was recorded.

On October 8, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation showed footage of the liberation of the settlement of Novogrigorovka, which is located on the territory of the Zaporizhia region, by military personnel of the Vostok group of forces. In total, over 190 buildings were cleared by the Russian Armed Forces.
