Train en route from Budapest to Kiev was stopped after reports of explosives
A passenger train traveling from Budapest to Kiev was stopped after reports of alleged explosives. This was reported on October 12 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".
"They are looking for explosives on the Budapest-Kiev train. <...> The train was stopped while moving," the Telegram channel says.
It is specified that all passengers were evacuated — they were taken to a field where they were waiting for the train to be checked.
Later, information appeared about the stopping of two more trains after similar reports of mining: trains were traveling in the direction of Lviv – Dnepr, Chernivtsi – Ivanovo – Frankovsk – Zaporizhia.
On October 10, the Kyiv city administration reported disruptions in public transport, which were recorded in the city due to problems with electricity supply. It was clarified that this situation could have been caused by a blackout due to a local accident at the substation.
