Air defense systems destroyed five UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over Crimea

Air defense systems destroyed five drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the Crimea. This was announced on October 12 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"In the period from 12:00 Moscow time to 15:00 Moscow time, two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of an airplane type were destroyed by air defense systems on duty: one UAV over the territory of the Belgorod region and one UAV over the territory of the Republic of Crimea," the department said in a Telegram channel.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that the air defense forces destroyed 32 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the past night. In particular, 15 drones were eliminated in the skies over the Bryansk and Belgorod regions and two UAVs were destroyed over the territory of the Smolensk region.
