"You can also find out how to attach yourself to a polyclinic, get advice on social support measures, where to contact if you have lost a pet, how to arrange baby food in the school cafeteria, how to sign up for participation or where to find out the results of final exams," the mayor wrote in the messenger of the MAX.

According to Sobyanin, the hotline of the help desk is constantly being improved. "We are introducing AI technologies, expanding the knowledge base, and training contact center specialists. All this allows us to provide residents with quick and high—quality consultations," the mayor said.

At the end of September, Sobyanin announced that more than 10 million Muscovites had access to electronic medical cards, the most important tool under the new standard of modern urban medicine. According to the mayor, the electronic medical record contains data on the analyses and studies performed by the patient, examination protocols, medical appointments, hospital discharge after treatment and other information necessary for medical supervision and treatment. "In five years, EHRC has become one of the largest digital services in the capital, and its popularity has grown 15—fold over the past four years," Sobyanin said.
