Contacts between Russia and Azerbaijan have not been interrupted amid difficulties in bilateral relations. This was announced on October 12 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"Contacts, in fact, were not interrupted. <...> They continued, including through the administration and assistants," he said in an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin.
Peskov also expressed hope that all the "problematic issues" between Moscow and Baku would be resolved.
