The Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation has opened a criminal case against blogger and historian of Russian cuisine Pavel Syutkin for publishing false information about the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Bucha in the Telegram messenger. "The reason for the initiation of a criminal case against Pavel Syutkin was his post about the actions of the Russian Armed Forces in Bucha, which contains false information," the agency's interlocutor said.
