In the Anning district of Lanzhou city, Gansu Province, an explosion occurred in a store, as a result of which one person was killed and another was injured. This was reported by Sina on October 12.

"An explosion occurred in a store located at the northern entrance to Yangming Lane, Kontsgaya Street, Annin District," the material said.

It is specified that the explosion occurred around 9:25 a.m. (14:25 Moscow time) the day before. At the moment, the investigation into the cause of the accident and its consequences is ongoing.

Earlier in the day, AP reported an explosion at a military explosives manufacturing plant in the United States. The plant produced shaped charges used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). It was noted that the company produced various types of weapons, including shaped charges of the M2A4 model. Later, rescuers reported that they had not found a single living person when investigating the explosion site.
