HC Traktor defeated Lokomotiv 3-1 in the KHL match

Traktor Nizhny Novgorod Hockey Club (HC) beat Lokomotiv Yaroslavl 3-1 in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) regular season match on October 11.

It is noted that forwards Joshua Livo, Andrey Svetlakov and Semyon Der-Argunchintsev scored goals for the winning team. Forward Alexander Polunin scored for Lokomotiv.

The Chelyabinsk team scored 18 points in 15 games and retains fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings. Yaroslavl is leading in the West with 20 points after 14 matches, adds Sport-Express.

Earlier, on October 10, Magnitogorsk HC Metallurg defeated Nizhny Novgorod Torpedo in the KHL regular season match. The game ended with a score of 4:1. Evgeny Kuznetsov, former Washington Capitals forward, made his debut for Metallurg and scored an assist.
