In the Khabarovsk region, a woman beat a child on a playground
The Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of the Russian Federation in the Khabarovsk Territory began an investigation into the beating of a child by a woman during a conflict on a playground in the city of Bikin. This was announced on October 11 in the press service of the department in the Telegram channel.
"Police officers have identified a publication about a conflict on a playground in the city of Bikin. The video that accompanies the material contains footage of a woman striking a minor. <...> An inspection is underway," the publication says.
It is specified that after determining the severity of the harm to health that was inflicted on the minor, representatives of law enforcement agencies will issue a verdict on the adoption of a legislative decision.
The department added that information about the child's injuries was received by the district police department on October 7 from the hospital.
On September 18, the press service of the Primorsky Krai Prosecutor's office announced the initiation of a criminal case in accordance with Article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Other violent acts committed with hooligan motives") on the fact that high school students inflicted physical and psychological violence on an eight-year-old schoolgirl. It was clarified that the teenagers took the girl to the toilet, where they began to mock her. This illegal act, as noted in the department's material, was stopped by teachers who noticed something was wrong.
