Special forces with flags of the Russian Federation and the DPRK held a parade in Pyongyang

On October 10, Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, announced that North Korean special forces soldiers marched with the flags of the Russian Federation and their country during a parade in Pyongyang.

"Naturally, we participated in a number of festive events that took place, the culmination of which, of course, was the wonderful parade that has just taken place. During the parade, there was a formation made up of participants in a special operation — a special Korean unit," he said.
