A court in Moscow has ordered MP Malkevich to ban certain actions.

The Basmanny Court of Moscow has chosen a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions of Alexander Malkevich, a deputy of the Legislative assembly of St. Petersburg, in a case of embezzlement on an especially large scale. This was reported on October 10 in the Telegram channel of the courts of general jurisdiction.

"The investigator's request to choose a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions against Malkevich Alexander Alexandrovich, accused of committing a crime under Part 4 of Article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, has been granted," the publication says.
