Alexander Fedorovich, a psychotherapist, told how to maintain mental health in the modern world.
In an interview with Radio 1 on Friday, October 10, the expert noted that the main difficulty is related to the global nature of the problems causing stress. He wondered how to reduce the time spent in the flow of information garbage, if the news is often violent, and how not to succumb to stress when the environment itself contributes to this.
Fedorovich admitted that following the tips on stress reduction in practice is not easy, and this is normal. In his opinion, the solution to such problems should not be individual, but systemic. The psychotherapist stressed that such issues need to be addressed at the state and federal levels.
He also added that maintaining mental health is not only a personal responsibility, but also the task of society, which should create less traumatic living conditions.
