The Domclick service from Sber has launched comprehensive digital support for buyers of new buildings. Now, after buying an apartment with a mortgage, customers can monitor the progress of its construction online in the "My Real estate" section on Domclick, representatives of the service said.

At each stage, from the moment of mortgage approval to the delivery of the house, the service will accompany the apartment owner and suggest what steps need to be taken.

"The final element of this comfortable journey is the new Domclick Acceptance service, which allows you to inspect an apartment in a new building before officially issuing keys," Domclick noted.

They clarified that evaluators go for an inspection before issuing keys, identify possible defects, and draw up an inspection report with recommendations for their elimination. The client comes to receive the keys with an expert recommendation, which eliminates unexpected situations and disputes with the developer. In turn, the developer gets more time to eliminate the detected defects. Due to the fact that the client does not need to look for a receiver himself, the key transfer time is reduced by an average of 1-2 weeks.
