Pavel Feldman, Candidate of Political Sciences, Professor at the Academy of Labor and Social Relations, told Izvestia on October 10.

"Trump's attack on Spain will not entail tangible political consequences for either the United States or the EU. The American president has always spoken harshly about NATO countries that do not want to incur large military expenditures. This time, Spain was dealt.
