Footage of the Russian–Pakistani exercises Druzhba–2025 has been published

Joint Russian–Pakistani exercises Druzhba–2025 were held in the Southern Military District. The relevant footage is published by the Russian Defense Ministry on October 10.

Joint exercises have been held since 2016 on the territory of both countries, the defense ministry stressed. They noted that this year they were held at one of the training grounds of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Southern Military District.

About 200 military personnel were involved in the exercises. On the Russian side, special forces units of the Southern Military District participated, having experience in carrying out tasks in counter-terrorism operations. The Islamic Republic of Pakistan was represented by special forces of the Ground Forces.

The event ended with a solemn awarding ceremony for military personnel. Representatives of the command of the two countries presented commemorative medals and gifts to the participants. According to tradition, the servicemen exchanged souvenirs with the emblems of the joint Russian–Pakistani exercise.

Also, the fighters of these units are practicing actions to defend the coast.

On October 6, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that the opening ceremony of the Indra-2025 Russian-Indian military exercises took place at the Mahajan training ground in India. The event was attended by the head of the exercise from the Russian side, Major General Andrei Kozlov, Major General Sanjaya Chandra Kandpala and military personnel from the two countries.
