The Grad MLRS crew destroyed the Ukrainian Armed Forces stronghold in the Dnipropetrovsk region

The Grad multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) of the 90th Guards Tank Division of the Center group of forces destroyed a large stronghold of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of a special military operation in the Dnipropetrovsk region during combat operations at night. This was announced on October 10 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The gunners, having received accurate information about the location of the hidden enemy stronghold, after coordinating with the advanced detachments of the group, struck with several dozen rockets. As a result, manpower, firing points and positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed.

The elimination of the stronghold allowed the group's assault units to move forward. The effectiveness of the Grad MLRS in supporting the offensive has been confirmed: due to its range, the system is able to suppress the enemy both on the front line and in the depth of defense, disrupting the logistics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and depleting their forces.

On October 9, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that the calculation of the Tor-M2 anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) of the motorized rifle unit of the Center group of forces shot down the Switchblade 600 barrage ammunition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Red Army area. It was clarified that the calculation successfully protected the ground forces from air attacks, destroying a significant number of enemy unmanned aerial vehicles.
