The Ministry of Finance plans to add electronic pensioner certificates and disability information to the Gosuslugi portal. This was announced on October 9 by Tatiana Skvortsova, Director of the Ministry's Digital Identification Technology Development Department, at Finopolis 2025.

"That is, there will be three (electronic) certificates — for a large family, a pensioner, and a disability certificate. — Ed.), in fact, social certificates that will be possible to obtain from "Public Services," TASS quoted her as saying.
