The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have mined and undermined a branch of the Tolyatti–Odessa ammonia pipeline in order to slow down the pace of the offensive of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. This was announced on October 9 by the Russian Defense Ministry.
