The use of artificial intelligence technology generates demand for new professions and competencies: adaptability, interdisciplinary knowledge, work in symbiosis with digital systems. The myth of "one education, one profession" will finally be dispelled, making room for changes in the rules and traditions of the recruitment market. Practicing psychologist, HR director of the consulting company "Together. On October 12, Dmitry Chernyshov told Izvestia about the key professions that will be in demand in the near future.

According to him, one of the most noticeable transformations will be the entertainment industry. By 2030, the specialty of a digital content developer will be finally formed, which will create films, music and interactive works of art using artificial intelligence. This will require employees to have in-depth knowledge of classical drama and harmony, as well as skills in working with new software tools.

"The flip side of information overload will be an increase in digital fatigue and apathy, as well as a high level of anxiety among the population. This will lead to an increased demand for mental and psychological health specialists. Psychologists and psychotherapists of the future will have to not only master traditional techniques, but also understand the specifics of cyberstress, dependence on virtual reality and the problems of social adaptation in a hybrid environment," said Chernyshov.

He said that business architects will come to the fore in the business environment. These specialists will design organizational structures of companies, integrate digital solutions and build interaction between people and artificial intelligence. Their task is to create sustainable and efficient business models that meet the requirements of new technologies.

In addition, with the development of artificial intelligence, new legal professions will appear, such as lawyers and lawyers specializing in AI issues. They will solve the problems of copyright on the content created by the neural network, responsibility for the actions of autonomous systems and the investigation of cybercrimes involving algorithms.

"Continuously developing professions in the technology sector will also remain critically important. Specialists in artificial intelligence and machine learning, data analysts and Data Scientist will be the think tank of the digital economy, creating and training new neural networks. A cybersecurity specialist will also remain relevant, whose role in protecting digital assets, infrastructure and privacy will only increase with the increasing number and sophistication of cyber attacks," the psychologist said.

There may be new professions in the field of air transport technology, such as air taxi drivers, drone delivery operators, and the air police. This will require new approaches in legislation and training, which will open up additional opportunities for specialists in the field of air traffic, the expert concluded.

On October 3, Irina Shulzhenko, Chief Manager of the Roskachestvo Organizational Development Department, gave advice to novice job search specialists. The expert noted that it is important to focus not on what is not yet available for the desired position, but on what already exists. She added that when writing a resume, it is important to add term papers, projects, graduation papers, participation in scientific conferences, hackathons and practices.
