A new factory for the production of large-sized building modules has been commissioned in the capital. This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in his official channel in the MAX.

The company is located at the Tolstopaltsevo site of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone in the Vnukovo district, between Borovskoye Highway and Privolnaya Street. The project was implemented by the Monarch Group of Companies with the support of the Moscow Government.

The plant performs a full production cycle, from assembling the metal frame to performing finishing and engineering work. Modular structures include facades, window blocks and internal communications, which significantly speeds up the building construction process.

Since the start of work, the plant has produced over 200 thousand square meters of modular elements. They are used in the construction of residential complexes under the renovation program, as well as social infrastructure facilities such as schools, kindergartens and other institutions.

"It is important that the quality of construction is also growing. It is not affected by the weather or the human factor. Because up to 90% of the work is carried out directly at the factory," the mayor stressed.

The use of ready—made modules can significantly reduce the construction time: the construction of educational facilities is accelerated by 2.2 times, residential buildings - by 1.3 times compared with traditional monolithic technologies. The production processes at the enterprise are maximally automated. After reaching the design capacity, the conveyor lines will be able to produce the finished module every 48 minutes.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
