Starting from October 13, 2025, the fare along the Moscow High-speed Diameter during critically busy hours on weekdays has been indexed and now amounts to 10 rubles per section. This was previously reported in the official Telegram channel of the Moscow Department of Transport.

The fare was indexed only during the critically busy periods on weekdays: from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, during which travel is subject to payment. The rest of the time — 70% of the time on weekdays, as well as on weekends and holidays — travel remains free. The transit fare has not changed and still stands at 950 rubles.

In favor of motorists, travel along a specific section of the highway is considered paid only if the car entered and left the site during the paid time. For example, driving through the site is free if the car entered it at 6:55 a.m. and left at 7:30 a.m. or entered the site at 10:55 a.m. and left at 11:30 a.m.

The cost of all trips made per day along the highway is summed up, after which, within 5 days, a single payment is made for all trips along the highway per day. It is recommended to pay for travel only through official resources: website msd.mos.ru , applications "Parking of Russia", Public Services, "Yandex Maps" and "Navigator".

The Moscow High—speed Diameter is the longest in Russia, with a length of 68 km. The MSD connects 10 major outbound highways. The MSD transport interchanges ensure the unloading of the Garden Ring, the TTK and the MKAD, as well as improve transport accessibility in 48 districts of the city, where more than 4.5 million Muscovites live.
