A man who threw a child out of a fourth-floor window was detained in Ufa.

In Ufa, law enforcement agencies detained a father who threw a young child from the fourth floor. This was reported on October 9 in the press service of the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee for Bashkiria.

"Currently, the man is detained, investigative actions are being carried out with him," the department's Telegram channel says.

They added that a criminal case had been opened against the defendant under Part 3 of Article 30, paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted murder").

In addition, the press service of the regional prosecutor's office reported that the staff is establishing all the causes and circumstances of the incident.
