Since 2022, Taganrog volunteers have been actively supporting Russian military personnel participating in a special military operation, as well as residents of border and new territories. This was reported on October 9 by the news portal mos.ru .

It is specified that during this time, the volunteers sent over a thousand square meters of camouflage nets, 15 thousand trench candles, as well as a significant amount of equipment, medicines and other vital items to the front. Special attention was paid to providing the fighters with "dry souls" — more than 10 thousand of them have already been delivered.

Hygiene products, medicines and food are being sent to the affected regions. The total volume of humanitarian aid sent to the free zone exceeded 40 shipments and amounted to more than 30 tons. The head of the corps, Nadezhda Salnikova, stressed that warm clothes, medicines and hygiene kits were among the most in demand among the fighters.

"We collect small parcels every week and send the most in-demand items to the special operation zone: dry showers, medicines, hygiene products. The next shipment will also include medicines and camouflage nets," she added.
