It is specified that among the delayed flights there are two from Mineralnye Vody and one each from Nadym, Magadan, Blagoveshchensk, Norilsk, Khabarovsk, Nizhnevartovsk, Abakan, Bratsk, Kyzyl and Kemerovo.

Two flights from Omsk and one each from Krasnoyarsk, Yekaterinburg, Tomsk, Gorno-Altaysk, Krasnoyarsk and Barnaul were canceled.
