Grass fire on an area of about 500 sq. m. The accident occurred in the city of Kurchatov as a result of the crash of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on October 8 by Alexander Khinshtein, Governor of the Kursk region.

"In the city of Kurchatov, a grass fire occurred on an area of about 500 square meters," he said in a message on the Telegram channel.

The governor added that operational services are working at the scene of the incident. According to him, there were no casualties as a result of the incident.
